Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from https://ramyacomfort.in/. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be attached.

  • Items that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a return or exchange.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Contact our customer service team at ramyaclothingofficial@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

3. Refunds

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Exchanges

 

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the new item is in stock and gets to you quickly.

  • We will process the refund for your returned item once it is received and inspected.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ramyaclothingofficial@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number.

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

 

6. Sale Items

 

  • Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
